Individuals can work with Frances on a 121 basis on their own ‘personal brand’ development, so as to foster more confidence in themselves and amongst their colleagues.
Frances offers confidential 121 support for an individual who is either tasked with sales or marketing objectives, or another member of staff that could do with some confidence-building… perhaps because they seem disconnected or to have unleashed potential.
Individuals will be encouraged to “hold a mirror up to themselves” and ask themselves how it’s all feeling to (have to) be putting themselves out there in their work… to create conversations, to name their powers and stand proud, telling a story about who they are, what they do, how they do it and what they believe in.
This 121 support will help the individual develop compassion – first and foremost for themselves. Then, they will be able to better see their teammates and customer more clearly and really increase their chances of success in their work and for their employer.
We help team members see each other by way of authentic communication.
Drawing on public speaking, improvisation and interpersonal dynamics, participants learn to appreciate The Other and how to create dialogue.
Working alone is important, but working together, listening, mirroring and reflecting together not only aids internal communications but can inform better customer service, lead to exciting brand-partnerships, foster confidence for better networking and spark company creativity… and fun at work!
